What This Privacy Policy Covers:
This policy covers how GenData treats personal information that we collect and receive.  Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable.  This includes your name, address, email address, phone number, or other information that is not otherwise publicly available.  This does not include company name, company address, or other information that is publicly available.  This policy does not cover the privacy policies of off-site links that GenData may publish.

Information Collection and Use:
GenData collects personal information when you submit a form requesting demo materials from us.  Once you request demo material, you are not anonymous to us.  The personal information is stored securely at our office solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding our products and services. 

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
GenData does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with any outside person or company except under the following circumstances:

• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law;
• We transfer information about you if GenData is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, GenData will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Confidentiality and Security:
Access to your personal information is limited to the employees of GenData reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
GenData may periodically update this policy.  Notification about updates to this policy will be posted on this site.
