The terms and conditions set forth below are applicable and govern this agreement between GenData LLC, herein known as GenData and

herein known as the Customer, for the license of LM2011 property management software.  GenData grants a non-exclusive, license to the Customer to use the LM2011 software at the Customer's site.

The Customer recognizes the valuable nature of the programs and agrees to exercise reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of the LM2011 software.

The LM2011 software is guaranteed to be free from defects, and if defects become apparent within 12 months from the date of installation, GenData shall make every effort to correct the defects. GenData shall have no other responsibility or liability with respect to the software. The Customer recognizes that the provisions of this software license shall be applicable to employees of the Customer, and all other persons who shall have access to the LM2011 software.

SOFTWARE The software described in this agreement is the LM2011 property management program.

PRICE The cost is $ 499.00 for the software. Plus sales tax for NY or NJ.

SUPPORT Telephone support for the first year is included with the Network Version.
