herein known as the Customer, for the license of LM2009 property management software.  General Data grants a non-exclusive, license to the Customer to use the LM2009 software at the Customer's site.

The Customer recognizes the valuable nature of the programs and agrees to exercise reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of the LM2009 software.

The LM2009 software is guaranteed to be free from defects, and if defects become apparent within 12 months from the date of installation, General Data shall make every effort to correct the defects. General Data shall have no other responsibility or liability with respect to the software. The Customer recognizes that the provisions of this software license shall be applicable to employees of the Customer, and all other persons who shall have access to the LM2009 software.

SOFTWARE The software described in this agreement is the LM2009 property management program.

PRICE The cost is $ 1495.00 for the software.

SUPPORT Telephone support for the first year is included with the Network Version.
