Tenant Screening Agreement
The terms and conditions set forth below are applicable and govern this agreement between GenData LLC, and the Subscriber listed below.
GenData LLC provides valuable and
necessary tenant screening services to the Real Estate Industry, and the
Subscriber will use such services.
Screening Service Includes:

| Malicious Damage Search | Employment Verification |
| Housing Court Search | Residence Verification |
The Subscriber agrees to abide by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and any local laws that relate to tenant screening. The Subscriber and their employees and agents, agree not to disclose the contents of the credit report to the applicant. The fee for the tenant screening is $40.00 per applicant.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Subscriber has read and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
